New customers joining Virgin Media can benefit from up to £250 bill credit when switching

• Buy-out offer: New customers joining Virgin Media could be in for a treat, with up to £250 bill credit available until April. Those joining will receive an email within 48-hours of placing their order, explaining how to check their eligibility and redeem up to £250 bill credit. 
• Volt: Customers who take both Virgin Media broadband and O2 services can activate Volt perks by signing into both accounts. These benefits are worth up to £692 (according to Choose Broadband) and are available to eligible customers at no extra cost. 
• Priority: Virgin Media and O2 customers also have exclusive access to Priority from O2, offering them unique rewards and experiences, as a thank you for being a customer. 

From today until 1 April, Virgin Media, recently recognised by Uswitch as the UK’s ‘Most Reliable Broadband Provider’ for a second year in a row, is introducing a new offer – up to £250 bill credit, to help make it easier and more cost effective for new customers to switch broadband provider and join Virgin Media.  

To unlock the bill credit, eligible customers simply need to submit a claim within 60 days of activating their Virgin Media service and provide a final bill from their previous provider which shows the disconnection fee. This bill must be dated within 30 days of the customer’s Virgin Media order. Those who switch will receive an email within 48 hours of placing their order, explaining how to check their eligibility for the bill credit offer. 

Pricing for Virgin Media broadband starts at just £23.99 for M125 Fibre Broadband (with no set-up fee), providing average download speeds of 132 Mbps. Joining Virgin Media gives new customers access to perks like Priority and Volt — and with One Touch Switch, changing providers is easier than ever. 

Priority from O2 

Virgin Media broadband and O2 customers can enjoy access to Priority, which according to price comparison website, Uswitch, offers members a range of rewards worth over £339 each year**. Through Priority, members can enjoy exclusive rewards, unique experiences and daily treats, as well as 48-hour early access to thousands of nationwide gigs and events, through Priority Tickets. 

Volt  

On top of their inclusive mobile Plan benefits, Volt customers can also unlock additional perks worth up to £692 according to Choose Broadband, simply by being a customer of both Virgin Media and O2 – all at no extra cost. The added benefits include: 

• Double mobile data on all eligible O2 mobile Plans in the household i.e. if a customer has 10GB as part of their mobile Plan, they’ll get a boost to 20GB data for no extra cost. 
• A broadband speed boost to the next available tier (up to 1Gbps) e.g. boosted from 100Mpbs to 200Mpbs at no extra cost. 
• The UK’s market-leading WiFi guarantee which offers minimum download speeds of 30Mbps in every room or £100 credit back.
