We’ve just launched a great new service for our Pay & Go customers called Auto top-up.

Auto top-up lets you top-up your Pay & Go phone automatically. You can either set your phone to top-up at a regular time, like every month, just after payday. Or you can set it to top-up when you hit a low balance, like adding £20 when your balance goes below £2. All of this can be done online and you can change or cancel your top-ups anytime you like.

We hope that Auto Top-up will make things easier and simpler for our Pay & Go customers. If you’re already with O2 Pay & Go, you can setup your Auto top-up by going to http://www.o2.co.uk/topup.
