Sheffield-born Daniel Fountain celebrates his first year as the first O2 franchisee on Friday 24 November. Since opening in Rotherham a year ago, Daniel’s O2 store has regularly been highly rated, scoring 98 per cent in mystery shopping tests. Daniel has doubled staff numbers from four to eight, and he is planning to open two more stores in the New Year. Daniel says: “We’ve had a great year. Having my own O2 franchise means I can spend time with our customers on a daily basis.
