Glasgow subway gets the signal

We’re pleased to announce that from today, our customers are the first to able to use their mobile phones in the Glasgow underground.

Thanks to the clever antenna system in place, O2 customers on any of the five busiest platforms in the Glasgow subway system will have full access to our network, making keeping in touch and staying safe even easier.

As well as being able to make and receive calls and texts, our customers can also use the other great services we offer – picture messaging and internet access, for instance. It’s everything people expect from O2, just underground!
