Since we launched our new O2 mobile internet experience on some of our high end phones in October, we’ve seen more and more customers use the web in a whole new way. Not tried it yet? Here’s what you could be missing…
Our mobile internet service has been designed to make the web as easy to use on your mobile as it is on your PC. That’s why you’ll see features like bookmarks and Yahoo! search in the browser bar at the top of every page. You can also personalise your homepage with the information you want to see, whether that’s Facebook, the latest financial news or what’s going on with Fulham FC.
The service is currently available on 30 of our high end phones, so if you’ve got one of these handsets then log on to see it in action today:
Nokia: N78, N81, N82, N95, N95 8GB, N96, 6220, E51, E71, E90,
Sony Ericsson: W910i, W980i, C702, C902, C903, C905, K850i, W902, W595, W705, W995, T700, X1
Xda: Ignito, Zest, Orbit 1, Orbit 2, Trion
Motorola: Z10
Samsung: i8510
We’re not stopping there though – the service will be rolling out to more phones soon and we’re also going to be launching a version specifically for touch screen phones. In the meantime, we’ve created a series of short videos to show you how to get the best from our mobile internet service – we’ve put one below.
