O2 announced the winners of its 2019 Customer Excellence and Digital Excellence Awards at an awards ceremony in London on Wednesday 27 March. The awards recognise the O2 Direct Partner Network’s capability to provide world-class customer support, along with a high level of digital knowledge and expertise.
The focus on the customer experience means that when a customer chooses to work with an accredited O2 partner they can be assured they will receive first class products and services combined with the partner’s expertise from a trusted representative of the O2 brand.
The 2019 awards sees a record number of winners including:
