O2 today launched ‘No. 10’ – a new and unrivalled 4G value tariff exclusively for the Public Sector and Third Sector organisations.
The launch marks O2’s commitment to provide the Public Sector with the very best value and service in the UK, following confirmation that it is the first mobile operator to achieve the secure and government-approved network certification (CAS(T)).
The No. 10 tariff has been designed to enable cost-effective connectivity on the go.
At just £10 a month customers get:
• Either the 4G-enabled Nokia Lumia 635 or Samsung Galaxy
• Unlimited calls and texts
• Up to 5GB of data.
• Complete flexibility* on the number of connections under the contract
In addition, the No. 10 digital mobile proposition is available to the entire public sector, so they can all benefit from it regardless of department or location.
Billy D’Arcy, MD of Public Sector Business at O2 commented:
“We recognise the increasing pressure on the Public and Third sectors to save money and increase productivity, and the No.10 proposition has been built to respond to these exact two things. By giving public sector workers access to the latest digital technology, we can ensure that citizens are being served by the Government in the best possible way. For example, by giving doctors the technology to deliver remote diagnoses to patients or by delivering vital information to citizens through new channels, such as mobile apps.”
The No.10 digital mobile proposition will be available under Lot 6 of the PSN Services Framework as a Direct Award option and costs a flat rate of £10 per month per connection. This helps create savings in time and resource for organisations.
Customers on the No.10 tariff will be supported with a fully verified data-wipe of existing handsets, (certified for data compliance), the ability to recycle all old devices, and a seamless transition to the new technology from other services.
