Truly unlimited downloads means that O2 customers have complete peace of mind that they won’t incur any extra charges or changes to their broadband package no matter how much they use it. The two packages have been updated to give customers on these services the best customer experience. The move to truly unlimited downloads follows a review of customers’ activity and responds to customer needs and usage habits.
The Works package from O2 is designed for larger households. It comes with an advanced router, allows heavy users to have a static IP address and is great for those customers who love their movies and gaming. The All Rounder package from O2, is for those customers who actively use music and TV online but have a slightly lighter use for their broadband needs.

Existing O2 Mobile customers can benefit from O2’s broadband network completely free for the next six months. From £8.50 to £21.00 per month, the O2 Home Broadband promotion includes:
- 6 months free Home Broadband on the top two packages for customers who’ve had an O2 mobile for more than 2 years
- Up to the end of September, 3 months free Home Broadband for new customers, or customers who’ve had an O2 mobile for less than 2 years, on the top two packages
- A choice of three tailored packages. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, O2 customers can select The Basics, The All Rounder or The Works packages, depending on their individual needs
- Up to 20 meg download speeds (depending on location and traffic management)
