O2 to sell Sony Xperia Z2

• Sony’s latest must-have smartphone comes to O2 later this year

O2 today announces that it will be selling the Sony Xperia™ Z2 later this year. The Z2 will be available on O2’s future-proof O2 Refresh tariff in two colours – black and, exclusively to O2, purple.

O2’s future-proof O2 Refresh tariff works by splitting the amount a customer pays for their phone and the amount they pay for their minutes, texts and data, giving them complete transparency and control of their monthly spend.

By allowing customers to pay for their phone and airtime separately, O2 Refresh also makes it cheaper to either upgrade early by paying simply what is owed on the phone. Meanwhile customers who keep their phone for longer than 24 months will also pay less as, once the phone is paid off, only the cost of minutes, texts and data remain.
