If you’re already rocking an iPhone, you’ll know iOS. It’s exactly the same software that runs on the iPad 2, but with a few tablet-specific bells and whistles. The iPad 2 will run all the same apps as your iPhone, so you can dive straight in, and chances are you’ve already got a few favourite bits of software to run.
As the second generation of Apple's tablet family, the iPad 2 is the most mature tablet device around, and with a dual core A5 processor it skips along at twice the speed of the original Apple tablet.

In its current incarnation it uses the email and contacts apps on your BlackBerry through a link up called Blackberry Bridge. It also shares the internet connection from your smartphone, saving money by skipping the need for a dedicated SIM card.
Most surprising though, is that the PlayBook doesn't run the BlackBerry OS that you'll be used to using on your BlackBerry smartphone. Instead, it packs the QNX OS, which also lurks inside some Porsches and a good number of tanks.
