O2 customers must go to www.theo2.co.uk/blueroom on Wednesday 28th March at 9am where they will be able to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster. The concert is one of many to be held at The O2 Arena this year. Justin Timberlake and Scissor Sisters are part of a series of opening concerts; O2 customers were able to purchase advance tickets for the concerts earlier this year. Amanda Jennings, Head of Sponsorship at O2 UK said “We are very excited that The O2 has confirmed a legendary band like the Rolling Stones and are proud to offer our customers early access to purchase tickets. This demonstrates our commitment to our customers in the way we know best – giving them real benefits they can’t get anywhere else”. The O2 is the result of a partnership with Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), one of the world’s leading providers of live entertainment, sport events and facilities, to help transform the former Millennium Dome and the surrounding area into the UK’s most exciting and technically advanced music, sport and entertainment destination. The Rolling Stones concert will be held in the arena, The O2 also houses the indigO2 music club with a capacity of over 2,000, a bubble-shaped world-class exhibition space and a vibrant entertainment district featuring a variety of bars, restaurants, retail and leisure facilities. -ends-
