Roy Hage
Roy is the interim Chief Digital Officer at Virgin Media O2 and was appointed in January 2024.
Roy is responsible for Data, Product, Digital Platforms and Technology Planning across the Virgin Media and O2 brands.
Roy joined Virgin Media in 2019 as Director of Transformation, he then took on the role of Executive Director of Digital Transformation. After playing a key role in the merger of Virgin Media and O2, Roy then took on the role of Director of Value Creation and Operations leading cross-company strategic initiatives and most recently has double-hatted as the Director of Digital Platforms.
Before joining Virgin Media, Roy has worked in strategy and specialised in transformation, restructuring and performance improvement across multiple industries including telecoms, energy and shipping. Roy also ran his own business and successfully sold it in 2017.
