O2 and England Rugby has today announced that Rizzle Kicks will play the Half Time Show presented by O2 during the Red Roses v France in the Guinness Women’s Six Nations fixture on Saturday 26 April 2025. Tickets to catch the performance and support England are available now from HERE.
The game will see the Red Roses – England’s Women’s team, who are ranked number one in the world – take on France on home turf at Allianz Stadium, rugby’s spiritual home.
Rizzle Kicks – the chart-topping duo made up of Jordan “Rizzle” Stephens and Harley “Sylvester” Alexander-Sule – follow in the footsteps of Sugababes and Sophie Ellis-Bextor in playing the Half Time Show presented by O2. The announcement comes hot on the heels of the release of the band’s hotly anticipated new album ‘Competition Is For Losers’ and ahead of their own headline UK tour, which will include a sold-out show at O2 Forum Kentish Town in London next month.
At the epic rugby showdown in April, the hip-hop outfit – hailing from Brighton, England – will treat sport and music fans alike to a selection of fan favourite hits, including tracks from the latest album.
On the performance, Rizzle Kicks commented: “The Red Roses are the best women’s rugby team in the world, and we can’t wait to show our support and play the Half Time Show presented by O2. We want to see as many of you there as possible to support the team and get moving with us at halftime!”
The ‘Half Time Show presented by O2’ – co-funded by O2 and the Rugby Football Union (RFU) – aims to draw in the crowds to support the Red Roses and fulfil the partners’ ambitions to sell-out Allianz Stadium for the Red Roses.
To attend the game and enjoy the unmissable performance, prices start from £25 for adults and £5 for children.
