O2 brings together the best of its services with new Ultimate Plan offering

• Customers can get the best of O2’s services with “Ultimate Plan”, including benefits worth over £1,000. 

• Ultimate Plan provides a suite of perks such as same-day replacement* and a 3-Year warranty via O2 Insure – Ultimate cover, O2 Switch Up, an Extra from O2, McAfee Mobile Security Plus and O2 Inclusive roaming in 123 destinations worldwide. 

• New and existing customers can upgrade to an Ultimate Plan for starting at £50.99 per month for 30GB. 

O2 is today introducing the “Ultimate Plan”, a new top tier mobile plan that offers the best of O2’s services and includes a range of benefits worth over £1,000 over the duration of a customer’s contract.  

Offering a one-stop shop for insurance, services and subscriptions in one handy place, the Ultimate Plan is O2’s answer to its customers’ ever-changing needs, providing a range of benefits including insurance with O2 Insure – Ultimate cover, same-day delivery for replacement devices and an enhanced roaming experience so customers can enjoy even more freedom and flexibility.  

O2’s new Plan is available to new and existing customers starting from £50.99 per month which includes 30GB on a Pay Monthly tariff and includes a collection of great value features such as:  

• O2 Insure – Ultimate Cover: A new level of insurance offering O2’s most comprehensive cover yet, including a 3-Year Warranty and unlimited claims against theft, loss, accidental damage and breakdown. Customers can also benefit from same-day delivery of a replacement device if the claim is successful before 12 noon, available Monday – Friday. 

• O2 Switch Up: Perfect for customers who like to keep up with the latest handset, O2 Switch Up enables customers to swap their current phone for any of the latest and greatest, or one of O2’s Like New mobiles, every 90 days.  

• Extras from O2: Customers can unlock even more value with an Extra included for the lifetime of their Ultimate Plan – choosing from options such as Disney+ Premium Plan, Amazon Prime and Cafeyn. 

• Online Privacy and Identity Protection McAfee Mobile Security Plus provides comprehensive privacy and identity protection, including VPN, safe browsing and Text Scam Detector, an AI powered feature that warns you of suspicious links in texts before you click. 

• O2 Travel Inclusive Zone Ultimate​: Ideal for globe trotters, customers can roam freely in more countries than ever before (123 destinations worldwide), including the USA, Mexico, Thailand, Turkey and Dubai, usually £6 per day with O2 Travel.  

• Priority from O2: For those that love getting more for their money, O2 customers can enjoy daily treats, experiences and early access to the most sought-after tickets in entertainment, with exclusive benefits worth nearly £500 a year according to Uswitch. 

• Flexibility: O2 Pay Monthly customers can flex their plan to suit their needs by changing the amount of data they have and their contract length once a month (at no extra cost) via the My O2 app.

1. Head online to  O2 | Phone, SIM & Tech Deals – See What You Can Do, pop into an O2 store or call O2 directly to speak with a member of the team.
2. Select the “Ultimate Plan” or “Plus Plan” when joining O2, upgrading or renewing their contract.
3. Existing customers with a Custom Plan can upgrade to Ultimate Plan or a Plus Plan if they’ve already paid off their outstanding balance on their handset.
4. Existing SIM Only customers can get in touch with O2 to upgrade to an Ultimate Plan on SIM Only which includes unlimited calls, texts and MMS messages as standard, an O2 Extra for the duration of their Ultimate Plan, Online Privacy and Identity Protection with McAfee Mobile Security Plus, O2 Travel Inclusive Zone Ultimate and exclusive rewards and experienced with Priority from O2.
