Notes to Editors:
Financial treatment of O2 Daisy by Virgin Media O2
Daisy Group will be consolidated into Virgin Media O2 financial reporting as of 1st August, with the targeted achievement of Virgin Media O2’s 2025 guidance excluding the incremental impact of the new B2B company. Consolidation of Daisy Group is expected to increase revenue by approximately £125 million in 2025, and, when combined with integration activity, the transaction will drive an expected broadly neutral impact to Adjusted EBITDA, ahead of 2026 synergy realisation.
