To celebrate the Red Roses’ triumphant Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 victory, O2 has created a winners’ t-shirt, developed in partnership with England Rugby, Castore and sustainable UK designer, Panna.Reworks. The shirt honours the team’s incredible journey to glory, blending heritage, innovation and purpose.

More imagery of the shirts can be found HERE.

The bespoke winners’ shirt, created by O2 on a Castore and England Rugby tee, was worn by players at the Red Roses Champions Party and features memorable moments from every England player during the tournament. Highlights include Sadia Kabeya’s powerful try against Australia, Jess Breach’s four tries against Samoa, and Ellie Kildunne’s stunning solo try against France. Each Red Roses player has been gifted a shirt, with just 32 additional shirts made available for fans, representing the 32 players in the squad. Supporters have until October 13th to enter exclusively via the Priority from O2 app for a chance to own a piece of rugby history.

Panna.Reworks’ passion for repurposing materials gives sportswear a fresh, fashion-forward second life, blending style with sustainability. The designer’s previous work, including the bespoke Lionesses winning shirt, caught the attention of Red Roses player Sarah Bern and inspired the creation of the winners’ shirt.

O2’s sponsorship of the Red Roses is anchored by its industry-first parity pledge, guaranteeing equal investment for England’s men’s and women’s teams and longstanding commitment to close the rugby gender awareness gap. Alongside the winners’ shirts, O2’s celebrations of the Red Roses’ World Cup victory culminate in a social-led campaign featuring Chloe Kelly, as well as a wrapped winners’ bus for the players to travel to the victory event.

Gareth Griffiths, Director, Partnerships and Sponsorship at Virgin Media O2, said: “What an incredible summer for the Red Roses and O2; attendance records have been broken, our team have once again proven they’re the best in the world, and we’re incredibly proud to have been by their side every step of the way. With their Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 victory being on home turf, it felt only right to mark this historic achievement and collaborate with Panna.Reworks to capture the moment through a shirt that will live on through the players and rugby fans for years to come.”

Sarah Bern, Red Roses player said: “The shirt symbolises the journey we’ve been to get to the moment of us lifting the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 trophy, a keepsake I’ll treasure forever. To see our achievements honoured in such a creative and sustainable way is incredibly powerful. It’s also a tribute to the fans who’ve stood with us, cheered us on, and helped drive women’s rugby forward; I’m looking forward to seeing them wear this shirt with pride.”

Joseph Duke, Founder of Panna.Reworks, said: “It’s so special to have designed this shirt to celebrate the incredible success of the Red Roses. It’s been a summer to remember for women’s sport. This is the second shirt I’ve created in support of England’s women’s national teams – seeing Sarah Bern wear the Lionesses shirt was huge moment of pride, and I’m excited to see her, alongside the other Red Roses, wear this commemorative design.”
