Virgin Media O2 goes BIG for Black Friday

• Broadband: New Virgin Media customers can enjoy three months of free broadbandwith an additional perk of such as claiming up to £200 bill credit* when they switch from another UK broadband provider.
• Mobile: A range of O2 mobile offers are also available, including a £715 saving on the Samsung S25.
• Priority: Virgin Media and O2 customers have access to Priority from O2
• Volt: Customers who combine Virgin Media broadband and O2 services can activate Volt perks by signing into both accounts. These benefits are worth up to £692 at no extra cost, according to Choose Broadband.

From today (6 November 2025), new eligible customers joining Virgin Media can enjoy their broadband service free for the first three months when they choose select packages, including M500 and Gig1 this Black Friday. 

New customers who switch to Virgin Media – recognised by Uswitch as the UK’s ‘Most Reliable Broadband Provider’ (Opensignal Awards – UK: Fixed Broadband Experience Report, Dec 2024) – can also claim  up to £200 Virgin Media bill credit based on the value of their early termination fees,  when they switch  from their previous UK broadband provider, making the move to Virgin Media easier and more rewarding than ever. 

Those looking for a new mobile contract can choose from a range of O2 plans to suit their needs. Virgin Media broadband and O2 customers can enjoy access to Priority, which according to price comparison website, Uswitch, offers members a range of rewards worth over £339 each year**. Through Priority, members can enjoy exclusive rewards, unique experiences and daily treats, as well as 48-hour early access to thousands of nationwide gigs and events, through Priority Tickets.
