Virgin Media O2 refreshes Volt bundles to offer more freedom and flexibility

Customers who take both Virgin Media broadband and an O2 Pay Monthly Plan can now enjoy even greater flexibility.
Virgin Media O2’s Volt bundles have been refreshed so customers can choose between a Classic, Plus or Ultimate Plan SIM.
Volt perks include double mobile data, roaming in more countries at no extra cost, a broadband speed upgrade and Virgin Media’s market leading WiFi guarantee.

From today, new and upgrading customers who purchase a Volt bundle, which combines Virgin Media broadband with an O2 SIM, can now choose between a Classic, Plus and Ultimate Plan, enabling them to tailor their mobile package to suit their needs.

Previously only available with a Classic Plan, new and upgrading Volt customers can now choose from O2’s full range of mobile Plans, allowing them to benefit from data rollover, O2 Extras included for longer, inclusive roaming in even more destinations and peace of mind with added McAfee Security, depending on the Plan they pick.

On top of their mobile Plan benefits, Volt customers can also unlock additional perks worth up to £552*** (according to Choose Broadband), simply by being a customer of both Virgin Media and O2 – all at no extra cost. The added benefits include:

Double mobile data on all eligible O2 mobile Plans in the household i.e. if a customer has 10GB as part of their mobile Plan, they’ll get a boost to 20GB data for no extra cost.
A broadband speed boost to the next available tier (up to 1Gbps) e.g. boosted from 100Mpbs to 200Mpbs at no extra cost.
The UK’s market-leading WiFi guarantee which offers minimum download speeds of 30Mbps in every room or £100 credit back.

O2 Travel Inclusive Zone: If a customer picks a Classic Plan as part of their Volt bundle, they’ll get O2 Travel Inclusive Zone as a Volt benefit, so they can roam in 75 countries, including 49 EU countries (up to 25GB) and USA, Mexico, Canada and Australia.

Data rollover: Customers can take last month’s unused data from their main allowance into the next. Included with Pay Monthly Plus and Ultimate Plans when customers take out a phone, tablet or SIM. Data that’s rolled over lasts for one month.
O2 Travel Inclusive Zone: O2 customers with a Plus Plan can roam-on in 75 countries, including 49 EU countries (up to 25GB) and USA, Mexico, Canada and Australia.
O2 Extra: Customers can benefit from six months of access to partners including Disney+ and Amazon Prime, on O2.
