Updated statement

We’re continuing to help our customers stay in touch with their loved ones who are affected by the current situation in the Middle East.

We have extended the period in which we will credit back charges, now covering 28 February to 21 March 2026.

This means we will credit back the cost of calls, SMS messages and data to and from the UK to the following countries:

Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE.

The measures are inclusive of O2 Pay Monthly, O2 Pay As You Go, and Virgin Media Home Phone customers. 

We appreciate this is a developing situation and we’ll continue to review the measures we have in place to support our customers.
