LONDON, 18 November 2025 – O2 and Epic Games are offering Fortnite fans a series of incredible rewards, including a new Outfit and the chance to win access to Fortnite Crew for one month. These rewards are available via the Priority app. The Priority app is available for free to all O2 mobile and Virgin Media broadband customers, giving members access to millions of exclusive rewards, prizes and experiences.

From today, Virgin Media broadband and O2 mobile customers can access the all-new Freediver Quest, only on Priority through 31 December. Players can earn the Freediver Outfit when they complete the limited-time Freediver Quest – by earning 100,000 XP in Fortnite on PC or Android.

Priority members can also register for a chance to win one-month of access to Fortnite Crew.* Valued at £9.99, one month of Fortnite Crew grants subscribers full access to claim premium rewards from the Battle Pass, OG Pass, LEGO Pass, and Music Pass, as well as an exclusive Crew Pack and 1,000 V-Bucks. Each Crew Pack includes a new Outfit plus at least one matching accessory like a Pickaxe, Glider, Wrap, or Emote.

“These rewards mark the latest collaboration between Virgin Media O2 and Epic Games, a partnership dating back several years to when Telefónica, through a Global Partnerships & Devices deal, was the first mobile carrier to introduce Direct Carrier Billing in the Epic Games Store. In 2021, the world’s most popular entertainment venue, London’s iconic The O2, became the first real-life supervenue to appear in Fortnite, via Fortnite Creative, with an unparalleled interactive music experience that over ten million players enjoyed.”

Last year saw the first ever ‘Showdown at The O2’ live event, featuring some of the biggest names in gaming and music (Ali-A, Loserfruit, AJ Tracey and many more) and the Virgin Media Gamepad – the free, state-of-the-art gaming destination at The O2 – was transformed into a real-life Castle Doom to celebrate the launch of Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 5 Season 4: Absolute Doom.

Amazing O2 drops for Fortnite fans are showing no sign of slowing down. Right now at Virgin Media Gamepad, fans can experience a Springfield-inspired takeover in honour of the current Fortnite | The Simpsons Battle Royale season. Players can drop in for free and let chaos unfold in Springfield for the rest of November. Exclusive merch and gaming prizes are also on offer for gamers to enjoy.

“We’re thrilled to build on our partnership with our friends at Epic Games to bring our customers unmatched rewards they simply can’t get anywhere else,” said Lisa Johnstone, Director, Priority, Loyalty & Reward at Virgin Media O2.  “Priority is all about rewarding our customers with access to unforgettable experiences, and Fortnite continues to be a cultural phenomenon that brings players together. With these new rewards available only on Priority for a limited time, players can take their game to the next level while enjoying even more value from being part of the Virgin Media O2 family.”

All O2 and Virgin Media broadband customers can access these exclusive rewards and experiences – plus many more – via the Priority app. To learn more about the Fortnite rewards, including full terms and conditions, visit the Priority app or click here.

Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 16+. Full terms and conditions are available via the Priority app.
