The O2 partnership extended to 2038. Securing the future of an iconic venue
"We remain on track to meet our full-year financial performance guidance. Despite a highly competitive market, our Q3 results show an increase in consumer mobile ARPU, wholesale growth and an expansion in our Adjusted EBITDA margin year-over-year.
Lutz Schüler - Chief Executive Officer
We’ve invested heavily in customer experience, launching a new AI agent to handle broadband fault calls and strengthening our exclusive Priority rewards through a long-term partnership extension with The O2. We've also continued to drive improvements in customer service as shown by Ofcom’s latest data which has seen a significant reduction in complaints across all areas and broadband complaints are now the lowest in the market. With new 2Gbps upgrades being deployed over our gigabit cable infrastructure; a fibre footprint now reaching 9.4 million homes; and 5G+ services now covering the vast majority of the UK, we have strong networks that play a key role in connecting the country and will deliver value for years to come."
