You may love your football team, you may have all the vintage shirts and you may have spent a fortune on home games. But would you turn on them if you were given £10 cash for every goal they concede? O2 Goals is back…

During the tournament in South Africa we gave you the choice of getting a fiver back every time England scored or every time they conceeded. Money Saving Expert’s Martin Lewis called it a ‘cracking deal’, BBC Watchdog said it was a ‘no lose bet’ and thousands of you netted cheques even if England didn’t net thousands of goals. We even gave all our England fans a fiver for the England v Germany goal that clearly did go in!

Now we’re bringing O2 Goals back for the start of the footy season and, based on some of the results already, you could walk away with £50 in cash plus enough credit to tell all your friends how good you are at predicting scores. That’s because you now only need to top up £10 and we’ll give you a tenner for each goal your team scores!

All you need to do is grab a free Pay & Go footy sim from our site, top up the sim and pick your match and team. You can choose any game taking place between 11 September and 3 October from the top flights of English and Scottish football so we’ve got you covered whether you bleed red, blue or green and white. Between 3 October and 13 October just head back to our site to print off and post your claim form and we’ll send you a cheque with your winnings shortly after.

During the tournament in South Africa more than 95% of people stuck with England and walked away with cheques although sadly it was those who turned against England that bagged the most cash.
