However, that commitment extends beyond our own organisation; we want to help other businesses on this journey too.  

Our latest research revealed three-quarters of UK firms have well-established ESG strategies, but there’s a gap between intention and action. Almost two-thirds (64%) believe they could better leverage technology to accelerate progress, which is why Virgin Media O2 Business has launched two new ESG solutions for customers – at no extra cost.  

To help businesses on this journey, we’ve launched two new tools: the ‘Carbon Calculator’ and ‘Tech Donation Programme’. So organisations can better understand their carbon tracking and prioritise digital inclusion.  

The ‘Carbon Calculator’ and ‘Tech Donation Programme’ sit alongside our two existing support tools for customers. O2 Recycle for Business service, which helps companies of all sizes trade in their old tech to ensure a circular approach to work technology. Our Connect More Programme also allows Virgin Media O2 Business employees go out into communities across the country delivering digital skills training to bridge the digital divide.
