O2 and Xbox unite to offer customers Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with an airtime saving

• O2 customers can access hundreds of high-quality games in the palm of their hands with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for just £14.99 per month and can enjoy a £1 discount off their airtime bill every month as an added perk. 
• Grand Theft Auto V, Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6 – Cross-Gen Bundle and Minecraft are just some of the games O2 customers can play with Game Pass Ultimate. 
• Games are available from Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda Softworks, Activision Blizzard and more and are playable via select smart TVs, iPhone 16, Samsung Galaxy S25 and META Quest 3 with Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta). 
• Game Pass Ultimate is one of many subscriptions O2 customers can enjoy through O2 Extras, as well as the likes of Disney+ and Prime. 

From today (24th April 2025) Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will be available for O2 customers to purchase for £14.99 per month with a £1 airtime saving, offering customers access to hundreds of games with an annual saving of £12. 

Game Pass Ultimate offers games for every player, with hundreds of video games across genres, such as Grand Theft Auto V, Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6 – Cross-Gen Bundle and Minecraft. The games are available to play online across multiple devices, like select smart TVs, mobile devices and META Quest 3.

To unlock the offer, customers can simply purchase Game Pass Ultimate via the O2 Extras offer page in MyO2. Those joining O2 or upgrading to a new plan can choose Game Pass Ultimate as a paid Extra when completing their order online, in store or over the phone. The charge will then appear in their monthly bill from O2.

Game Pass Ultimate is the newest subscription service to join O2 Extra’s wide catalogue of options that also includes Disney+ from £4.99 per month, Prime for £8.99 per month (comes with a £2 discount*), Cafeyn for £7.99 per month, McAfee Mobile Security Plus for £4.99 per month or McAfee Mobile Security Standard for £1.00 per month. O2 Extras appear on a customer’s monthly bill alongside their Airtime.

The gaming doesn’t stop there for O2 customers – they can also enjoy exclusive access to Virgin Media Gamepad, the ultimate free gaming destination based at The O2 in London. The gaming space is equipped with 16 gaming pods featuring Xbox Series X consoles and so much more. Whilst anybody can drop in and play for free, O2 and Virgin Media broadband customers can exclusively book out the VIP gaming lounge ‘The Cave’ for free via the Priority app, for the ultimate gaming session with friends.
