We’ve taken another step in offering best in class digital experiences to our customers this week. The brilliant new O2.co.uk homepage is now available to customers browsing on their mobile devices. The desktop version launched in December and has been a great success with over 15 million hits to date.
The desktop and mobile versions are fully aligned, ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless and consistent experience across all platforms. This means that we can showcase our award-winning products and services in a richer, more digitally enjoyable way than ever before.
We have made these updates because we understand that the way our customers engage with the internet is changing. At the moment, interactions using desktops and laptops are still more popular, but we expect that mobiles and tablets will overtake by the end of 2013.
