The brand-new OnePlus Nord 2 5G will be available to order on O2 from today with tariffs starting from just  £29.99 a month for 5GB of data and £10 upfront cost.

OnePlus Nord 2 is the newest addition to the company’s more affordable smartphone line, OnePlus Nord, and delivers a comprehensive upgrade from the first Nord, from camera and performance to charging and design.

Available in either a sleek Gray Sierra, or a dreamy Blue Haze, the Nord 2 combines flagship-level hardware, including a 50 MP AI triple camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS), Warp Charge 65, and the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI processor, along with OnePlus’s signature OxygenOS software, to offer users a fast, smooth, and versatile experience.

Customers can also enjoy the fast and smooth scroll with the device’s 6.43” Fluid AMOLED display with a 90hz refresh rate. Coupled with the smartphone’s Dual Stereo Speakers, the Nord 2 gives cinematic quality and incredible audio-visual experiences in a light 189g package.

Powered by MediaTek’s fastest and most powerful chip to date, the MediaTek Dimension 1200-AI means the Nord 2 has flagship device performance for half the cost, for a fast, smooth and versatile experience. Its WiFi 6 technology means everyone can stay connected, whether hiking the Brecon Beacons or conference calling at the local coffee shop.

The device will be available on O2’s custom plans, helping customers get the device they want at a more affordable rate, with the ability to choose how much they want to pay upfront, the length of their Device Plan, selecting anywhere between three and 36 months (in one-month increments), as well as having the option to flex their data allowance up or down every month to suit their needs from a family of tariffs.

Customers will also be eligible for a variety of O2 exclusives and customers that recycle their old phone through O2 Recycle can receive a cash payment which can be used towards their upgrade. Customers can recycle online at www.o2.co.uk/recycle.
