- New and existing Pay As You Go (PAYG) customers can benefit from a data boost for up to three months at no extra cost.
- The additional data added to a customer’s account will depend on the tariff they take, with a boost up to three times their data allowance up for grabs.
- The extra data can be used in the UK and the EU (up to 25GB), at no extra cost, so Pay As You Go customers can get more for their money at home and while they’re away.
- O2 customers can also benefit from Priority which offers annual savings of up to £500 according to Uswitch*.
From now until 5 February 2025, customers can benefit from huge data boosts at no extra cost across all of O2’s PAYG tariffs.
The data deal is available to both new and existing customers with up to three times the data allowance on offer, meaning those who take a 10GB plan will get boosted to 30GB at no extra cost and those who take a 40GB plan will get boosted to 120GB at no extra cost.
The offer is available to both new and existing PAYG customers who take a ‘Big Bundles’ or ‘Rolling Plans’ tariff:
- New customers (who take a ‘Big Bundles’ or ‘Rolling Plans’ tariff during the promotional period) will automatically benefit from the new promotional allowances. Those looking to join O2 can receive information on how to switch by texting INFO to 85075.
- Existing customers on eligible Big Bundles and Rolling Plans tariffs can benefit from the promotion by texting ‘MORE’ to 2424 to opt-in, they will receive the increased promotional allowance when their data next refreshes.
New customers
- When they join O2 Pay As You Go and opt into O2 Rewards, new customers will earn 5% back on all top-ups every three months. So, if they top up £50, they can get £2.50 back at the end of the quarter.
- Even better, after they’ve been with us for six months, the % of rewards they earn will increase to 10%.
- The more they top up, the more they earn and there’s no minimum top-up. The maximum they can earn is £150 a quarter – that’s £600 a year.
All O2 customers, including Pay As You Go, Pay Monthly and Sim Only, can also benefit from a range of perks including:
- Priority: Customers can benefit from O2’s popular reward program, Priority, which offers savings of up to £500 a year according to Uswitch, making it the most valuable reward platform out of any major network UK provider.
- EU roaming: O2 is the only major UK network to offer inclusive EU roaming as standard. Customers can enjoy using their airtime while in Europe (up to 25GB) as they would at home for no extra cost.
- O2 Rewards: Customers can earn cash back when they top-up, with up to 10% back every three months.
- O2 Recycle:With O2 Recycle members of the public (including non-O2 customers) can get £330 on average when they trade in an iPhone, helping them to pocket some extra cash or put it towards a new device.
- Flexibility: Customers can choose a mobile plan that suits their budget, including the upfront cost they pay and the length of their 0% APR Device Plan. They can also flex their data allowance up or down each month to ensure it suits their monthly needs.
- Discount: Those that add a new Pay Monthly connection to their account get 20% off the airtime plan through Multisave discount. Students also get 20% off their airtime Plan through UNiDAYS.
