Millions of households across the UK are struggling to afford their mobile services and lack even the most basic digital skills.

As part of our Responsible Business Plan, we’ve set bold and ambitious commitments to create a better, more connected country for everyone. 

By the end of 2030, we will: 

  • support 500,000 low-income households with connectivity that meets their critical needs by 2030  
  • support 6 million people to navigate the online world with confidence 

We’re working with industry peers, civil society and government to help everyone access devices, stay connected, develop digital literacy and stay safe online.
